As Marketing Technology Specialist, Julen bridges the gap between real estate and the complex technologies that power today’s market. He trains and consults with agents on CRM platforms, manages email marketing campaigns, and strengthens agent web strategies through website development, SEO, and GEO. With a strong inclination for data analysis, Julen focuses on identifying and implementing the most effective strategies for each situation.

Julen joined the Coldwell Banker Hickok & Boardman marketing team in 2021, beginning as an intern during his senior year as a Communication Major at Champlain College. Since then, he has held roles that span both agent support and company-wide marketing initiatives. These experiences provide him with a well-rounded understanding of how agents can thrive and what their clients need day to day.

He believes that no matter an agent’s personal style, the right marketing tools, when used skillfully, can elevate their business and help them stand out.
