With over two decades of experience in marketing and communications, Erin brings her expertise to Coldwell Banker Hickok and Boardman as a Digital and Marketing Manager. Her deep connection to Vermont, where she is a long-time resident, fuels her dedication to sharing the unique essence of the state through her work. 

Erin’s storytelling journey began with the U.S. Army, where she served as a Journalist and Public Affairs Specialist. During her tenure, she covered the diverse and unique roles of multinational military units, telling the stories of both U.S. soldiers and NATO allies in Kosovo. This experience honed her ability to weave compelling narratives, a skill she now applies to her work in the real estate industry. 

Erin was a key member of The Priorities Campaign, a coalition that included Business Leaders for Sensible Priorities, True Majority, Iowans for Sensible Priorities, and Priorities NH. As part of this creative team, she helped develop highly visual and attention-grabbing strategies such as art cars, billboards, advertisements, and events. The goal was to create a powerful online presence that influenced presidential elections, shaping the future of national budget priorities. 

At Coldwell Banker Hickok and Boardman, Erin uses her storytelling skills to bring Vermont’s homes and communities to life. Through photography, videography, and social media, she paints a vivid picture of Vermont living, emphasizing its lifestyle, communities, commitment to the environment, and openness to diversity and inclusion.
