Enya Murphy

Enya is a Burlington native and University of Vermont alum. She brings a wealth of experience in project management, banking, and marketing to her role in assisting individuals and families looking to move into or out of Vermont. She grew up in the New North End of Burlington and lived in numerous towns around the area through her early adult years, now residing in Westford with her son.

Distinguished as the only real estate brokerage offering a dedicated Relocation Manager, Enya is all about helping both large and small Vermont companies in their quest to relocate the perfect candidate for their job. She does this by coordinating area tours, providing invaluable resources to help with a rental search, or making a Realtor connection to assist with home buying or selling. All to make your new employee’s move to or from Vermont smooth and stress-free.

For over two decades, Coldwell Banker Hickok & Boardman’s Relocation Department has provided essential guidance to those facing the big decision of moving into or out of Vermont. In her capacity, Enya serves as an ambassador of sorts, working with individuals, small companies, or even large relocation management companies such as Cartus Relocation.
