Leslee MacKenzie

Leslee MacKenzie is a respected leader in Vermont’s real estate industry, known for her strategic vision, innovation, and commitment to agent success. As President and Owner of Coldwell Banker Hickok & Boardman, she has led the company through transformative growth—from a team of 13 to more than 120 sales associates and staff—establishing it as the top-performing real estate firm in Northwest Vermont. The company now represents one in every four real estate transactions in the region and consistently ranks among the top 30 Coldwell Banker companies worldwide.
With a focus on professionalism, collaboration, and client-first service, Leslee has built a company culture grounded in agent support and operational excellence. Her investments in in-house marketing, technology, relocation services, and ongoing training have helped agents deliver outstanding results and elevate the client experience.
A graduate of the University of Vermont, Leslee began her career in retail management in Boston before returning to Vermont and joining the firm—first as a sales associate, then Sales Manager, and since 1998, President and Owner.
Leslee is actively involved in the business and nonprofit communities across Vermont. She currently serves on the board of the Vermont State Chamber of Commerce and has held past leadership roles with the Vermont Business Roundtable, Burlington Business Association, Camp Dudley, and numerous other nonprofit organizations.
She lives in Burlington with her two children and their dog, Winnie.
